Excellent customer service from Leyton

For whatever reason(currently being investigated)I was twice given an incorrect quote for a transfer of policy on my current bike to a new bike. once I called after purchasing the new bike to finalise the insurance cover, Leyton quickly informed me that I had previously been given incorrect information and It was saying i would need to pay four times the amount I had been quoted. Having worked in the service industry myself I know good customer service is essential in maintaining a good reputation even when things go wrong. Leyton assured me from the start he would do everything he could, through constant communication to his managers and myself that he would attempt to appease the situation and satisfy me as the customer. Not once was I put on hold, I was always contacted at the time set and Leyton went out of his way to ensure I wasn't left dissatisfied. I never feel the need to write reviews, however on this occasion I feel MCE should feel privileged to have such a committed individual, dead set on ensuring customers are kept as happy as possible, not messed around, and kept in the loop at all times throughout the entire process. Despite this concerning a negative matter, it was appeased by Leytons positive attitude and drive to achieve the best possible result at all times. I've Never experienced such good customer service. leyton is clearly a fantastic asset for MCE and despite the nature of the situation, it was a pleasure discussing the issue with him.
