I have been using MCE insurance for my bikes for years, recently you have messed up with my insurance to the point where the DVLA are taking me to court (please read history, A Baumber, 46 Spire View rd, Louth, LN118SL) i have more than one policy.
After discussing this issue with many of your employers (some better then others) you have not given me much confidence with either staying with you in the future nore the up and coming court case. Today i rang back for the upteenth time and an advisor answered, sorted the infomation i need and did not try to fob me off. RB also said he will ring me back on Saturday to confirm his line manager has sent the email i need for court on Monday and if not he will sort it.
RB is profesional and put the confidence back in me to come back to you when my insurances are due next. If RB gets to read this then thank you for your help and hopefully you will pick up when i renew, great chatting with you and happy brewing!!
