MCE Motorcycle insurance renewal

Spoke with the sales team today,unfortunately they misunderstood that I did have 1 year no claimes bonus due to a previous accident,date wise.So the quote I recieved was rediculasly high.I said i would sleep on it.They phoned me back two hours later,to see if I was happy to proceed,I said that the on line quote was £3oo cheaper,and was in the middle of filling in the form on line,but I was having trouble with my card security.
The chap said the quote on line was correct,and would look into why the phone quote was so much higher,it turned out that the girl had missed the fact that I did have 1 year no claimes bonus.This was simply down to a missunderstanding by her.I accepted their appologies and they did the insurance over tha phone for me.
Yes I did get very good service from the team at MCE and will continue to reccommend them to others,especially as I belong to a bike club with 450 members
