I rang MCE about changing my motorcycle to a Honda NT700, the advisor (Charlene Nash) was very helpful, checking two bikes for me even though they were the same type of bike. Charlene's handling of my request was professional and the price change was not that more for the bikes. I do find administration costs to be a little on the steep side but not much I can do about that.
Charlene also informed me I could change my bike over any day of the week, which was good as I thought you were closed on Sunday's
