I made an enquiry into a claim against another driver who caused slight damage to me bike. I spoke to a member of staff, who was polite, courteous, very professional but most of all, very helpful!
My call was answered very quickly and took about 50 mins to explain everything that happened, during this time he helped me to understand the procedure of making a claim against another driver, which is the first time I have had to do this.
From the service & advise I was given, I will certainly be willing to reinsure with this company again when the time comes. Many thanks.
