Bought Motorbike Insurance over the phone, and was told the details would be emailed to me within 48 hours.
After not receiving the details, I contacted MCE via their Customer Email facility (I had to contact them this way as I was away in Europe at the time), no reply at all.
When I returned from Europe, rang them and eventually they emailed me with a copy of my insurance details, no sorry, just blame it on the mail system !!!!
Sort out your emailing of important documents !!!!!!!!
