The cover was best value and has been consistently so, no complaints there. I did however find the experience of applying for the cover to be quite frustrating when using a smart phone. The graphics seemed to push the data fields off the screen. Also, there either did not appear to be, or I was unable to access, any saved data as a returning customer. I therefore had to apply as though I was a first time customer. For returning customers, it might be an idea to have a pre-prepared virtual insurance certificate that can be accessed directly from an email link. This could then either be agreed,amended as necessary, or declined. So, good competitive cover, just tricky to obtain it via smartphone!
