The price is low for a reason. It took over an hour and a half to change over insurance from one bike to another. I was hungup on twice. On hold for 15minutes at a time.
The cheaper option was to cancel and start cover again. Otherwise they would have only refunded 50% of the premium after only 1 month. Only after I battled with them would they give me more money back.
If you don't have the patience of a saint and the price is marginal for another insurer then I would seriously suggest going with another insurer. I actually dread to think what the experience would be like if I needed to claim!!
