Generally happy with MCE bike insurance. Bit more expensive than some other providers but then you get better cover so what's not to like! One area you could improve is to give a renewal price and reference number on the reminder email you send out a few weeks before the existing insurance ends. That way, if we're happy with the quote, we can just log on and renew. Instead, I had to input all the details again online as if I was a new customer which seems rather silly these days as I'm sure these are all stored on your computer!
