Had to get in touch about sending me my policy details as these had not been sent after two days, the Lady on the phone was very helpful and had them sent to me within ten minutes. Was informed by my Bike supplier that the registration was wrong on the documents, another call to MCE and this was put right straight away.
On first impressions I was very happy with the customer service and the manner in which they dealt with my problem, had to wait a little while for them to answer the phone, but isn't every insurance company the same, and it's a low rate number they have so no worries there on a big phone bill.
I would recommend to friends overall no complaints from me.
