I do not know where to begin there was so many issues with MCE ... let's start from the beginning- I have made a policy with MCE few years before... all went well until someone had cloned my vehicle. Funny enough - I have sold this vehicle so
a) claim had noting to do with me,
b) I had proven this quickly by using MBI & police....
MCE has never updated their records they have tried maniacally to cancel my NCDs and yet after scaring them with Ombudsman I have to explain this over and over again each time I am forced to speak to them...
later I was involved in an accident [non-fault]. MCE had cancelled my NCDs and despite of not having any prove of my fault - they would not reinstate my NCDs.... so I am going legal shortly once my solicitor will finish their negotiations (read waste of time sending correspondence)!!!!
