I had some difficulties to quote, only because I'm an Independent Film Producer/Director. The first member of the staff I talked to couldn't give me a quote and sent my case to a special sector. The return call took a little bit long and again I had to explain my occupation, detailed this time. Then I had to wait a little bit more, tried to call a few times until they call me and give me the quote (this member of the staff was really nice). It took me more than 6 hours to conclude and as I was not understanding the reason for all that burocracy, I ended up accepting a very high insurance price, since I use the motorbike for social use only. Anyway, just in general is a good and serious company, but has to be more agile to sort things out.
