I bought an 09 txt r1 and insured it fully comp. the bike turned out to be a bad one so as shop was sorting things out I had to change my insurance to a 15 year old bike no refund I had to pay. When I got my new bike from the shop yet again it cost me a lot of money to change details. Another thing I admit this is my fault for not reading small print on conditions of breakdown . I rode all the way to donning ton for web I brokedown on m1 I had breakdown cover for 25 mile not realising this o still thought at a little charge I would be helped 350 pounds on spot to get me home. This is the reason I haven't renewed with you and my brother is doing same.
