Been with MCE for 4yrs and they've been helpful each renewal. This year however there seemed to be a cost advantage of purchasing my insurance online. After a call from a staff member, Ms Pledger, she went some way to identifying the cost differences in the policy online and that of a direct call. It was clear that the best deal was the one they could offer over the phone, even if not the very cheapest at the outset. The advice and direction on the various policies was excellent and once again shows the value of dedicated and experienced staff over an Internet page.
I would highly recommend phoning MCE and not just taking an online quote at face value.
