I cancelled my policy within the cooling off period as I could not stand dealing with this company a minute longer!! Everyone you speak to gives a different anwser, even managers! You wait forever on the phone trying to get through which costs a small fortune. Go with another company such as Bennetts, much more professional and you get documents and emails when they say you will! Do not touch MCE if you need bike insurance! You have been warned!!!
