I was knocked off bike while stationary. Woman pulls off her drive hits me, keeps on going, eventually stops, doesn;t give me insurance, name etc then drives off. I have three witnesses.
Hastings enlist the help of Carpenters solicitors.
Solicitor tells me this is the most watertight case she has ever seen.....

Eight months and a thousand emails and calls later my useless solicitor tells me she has been offered a fifty fifty offer.
I go mental and say how the f@@@ is that with three witnesses etc etc etc
She says they have no witnesses. I contact the witnesses myself who say they haven't been contacted by anyone!!!
Within twoweeks of submitting details of witnesses the defense bluff was dropped and i received full settlement.
All the way through there have been non returned calls, people move departments like musical chairs and they are dumb incompetant. Their joke solicitors won't go to court unless 100% sure of a win because they are no win no fee parasites. The case was wrapped up and flown into court when I complained to the ombudsman. Female solicitor actually threw a strop and said "we are going to court now regardless because you complained about us" I replied fantastic, should have done it six months ago
