My husband and I have just cancelled our motor insurance policy after just renewing it last month,unavoidably we have had to sell the vehicle.
We have been informed that we will only get a small proportion of our payment refunded....disgusted as we have only had a months cover!
Watch out for this, its a Rip off
They charge 15% of total cost and a £50 cancellation fee!!
I also felt initially my complaint was not taken seriously, disappointed in the way they deal with their clients/customers
