Just want to say do not go with Grove and Dean car insurance. They just do not know how to speak to customers. I remember ringing at the beginning of my time with them and just thinking "maybe that person was having a bad day" but during cancelling over the last week or so I've spoke to 3 people (I have had to pay ridiculous charges for cancelling too, which I understand is contractual but still ridiculous amounts that they ask for). One male who was actually ok, but two females who just do not know how to speak to people. So rude. Very "computer says no" attitude. Very defensive instead of trying to offer some kind of help or just to be nice. The people there obviously do not enjoy their job. Ask if people check Facebook reviews the feedback is very poor there too.
