Due to financial reasons , I have had to sell my motorbike to a dealer . Decided to cancel my policy , after 8 1/2 months , knowing full well I would not be entitled to a refund , decided to tell them because i didn't want renewal going thru in a few months time ! Despite having paid the policy in one go , I am disgusted to find they want £50 to cancel the policy , yet if I had wAited until renewal date & said I didn't want to renew I probably would of been charged nothing !!! A broker fee they called it !!!!! I am sure they got a broker fee when they sold me the insurance !!!!! So buyer beware ! I will not use & certainly not recommend them to anyone !!!! I will be waiting for a reply & will publish the outcome.
