What a Joke

Do not under any circumstances use this company. I decided that I should do the right thing and after changing my motorcycle phoned this pathetic company, only to find out they wanted me to pay nearly £300 extra for four months.
I explained that this would not happen and was told that I had to pay £50 to cancel the policy. After an argument they agreed to drop that to £25 but then slapped with with a bill for £44 to finish off the payment of the policy as I had had it for 8mth. After telling me they would put a complaint in and look at it I payed the money, only to be then told that the complaint would be placed on record and that they would no longer do anything as it was not them that insured me but Equity red star. I have now paid for a 12mth policy after only 8mth and even though I have made no claims I cannot have my no claims discount. I will now be righting to the insurance ombudsman to ask for assistance!!
