DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM!

New motorbike policy with Devitt with very good price, but this is where the good service ends. They requested proof of no claims which I duly scanned and emailed. Despite them agreeing they have received this I have had numerous emails and almost daily letters stating I haven't supplied this. Threats to cancel the insurance, to letters stating they will cancel. I have called numerous times where the staff agree they have the proof they need and just ignore the letters - ere it's vehicle insurance, I don't think so!!. Total incompetence

I am also having the same treatment , after writting twice and calling twice with no reply to cancel my bike policy they then get in touch when I cancel my direct debit demanding and threatening me with a bill of £364 + which is more than my annual cost. stay well clear of this company it is a disgrace and the service is extremely poor which is a good description of them if honest. Been adised to report to FCA .
