My experience with Devitt insurance has not been great. When sending the required documentation by e-mail and in the post, I was still getting letters and e-mails from them stating they ( Devitt's ), were giving one weeks notice of intention to cancel my policy, as I had not returned said documentation.
Try contacting them numerous times by e-mail, but no reply, and no acknowledgement. Attempted to call by phone numerous times, and speak to a human being, but no joy. Must have cost me a fortune as "all operators busy due to excessively high call volume". I have found dealing with this company very frustrating, and will not renew my policy with them next year. Regret having to be negative, but their customer service is very poor.
