Almost impossible to contact, best method is to tell the telephonist that as you didn't get promised callbacks, or replies to emails if they don't put you through straight away you will report them to the financial authorities, you'll get through straight away!
They have built a wall for customers to penetrate, a common bullying company tactic these days.
They cancelled my policy without warning as I had made a genuine error, no second chance, and they continued to take payments and want to take more and I'm having trouble getting it sorted out.
Daylight robbery. They should have their licence withdrawn. The worst company out there in my experience, oh for the old fashioned broker, an endangered species.

I apologise if you had trouble getting through to us, but sometimes we can experience a very high number of calls. If our customers do not provide details requested then we have no choice but to cancel their policy as we are required by your insurer to provide the necessary details. We make every attempt possible to contact our customers when they have not supplied this, including requesting this at inception, sending a reminder email and a final reminder letter seven days before a policy is cancelled.
