I recently insured with Bennetts after being with you for years. I had to renew online because my automatica renewal from you in the post was 20% higher than a comparison site offered your same cover on their search. Your quote was not the cheapest but I thought it would be straight forward as I was already insured with you from last year.
I called in to advise your renewals team and they could not match the online renewal price even though it was with the same underwriter I was already with from last year.
I then had to email my Proof of no claims which was from yourself and I have had no confirmation if you have me covered for the year, as I only have a 1 month cover note.
I certainly won't introduce friends to experience this process
