Sent via e-mail several times as pdf file and had to then send via post as a extra cost to my-self but still i have no NCB called customer service more times to remember when they say we will call you back they seem to forget ask for a manager's contact that's also a no go but they never seem to forget to email or send post demanding extra payment my premium 113 pounds a full one off payment a few weeks later they want an added 218 pound, I used Bennetts when i first started riding but used other company's as i found them to cost to much but now they seem to be the cheapest around for the type of cover you get i thought must be my age and my riding experience but it seems Bennetts aren't the reputable company i remember,This problem has happened on two separate policy this year already as i sold one bike after a few months and they charged me for not finding my NCB i thought it could have been a mistake my-end sending via email so i thought an exrta 50 pounds they wanted in the end i had enough so cancelled the policy luckily i was in the process of buying a bike they didn't insure so i didn't get a fee lucky me but i didn't in the end go for that bike and so with a new bike i try'd Bennetts again thinking it was a one off problem last time after all they are a big company will be ok this time but again they are still doing the same NCB thing even-though this time i called before i received the letter told them i will send e-mail and via post also sent my MCE policy from the year before and a letter of my proof of NCB from MCE i also put on the back of the letter my current policy ref and all relevant information i called customer service before and after i sent these item's i then re-sent via e-mail to the NCB to customer service email and also to a Bennetts employee that had me on my mobile for some 45 mins on the phone he said i wouldn't have to pay the extra money and reassured me that as soon as he receives the NCB email from me he will call me back after finding my sent e-mail this was 2pm yesterday nothing yet will call again what a joke.
