Re insured my bike at the end of the year on the understanding that my new bike would be 500cc lower and was told that it would be a simple change over, About £25 to£30, On phoning when I got my new bike I was then told it would be an extra £80 pounds, Shocked at this I will admit I was furious over the phone and was offered a measly £22 pounds refund if I cancelled my insurance, In the end I did get the result I was looking for at which I am very pleased about but their customer service is pretty poor, In essence get everything in writing because they will try to empty your wallet
