I helped a friend last year who didn't have a bank account and paid his insurance premium using my bank card. Bennetts have used my card details without authorisation to withdraw money illegally from my account this year. I have called them and emailed them and they point blank refuse to refund my money that they acknowledge was taken unlawfully. I have no business with Bennetts and they had no right, consent or authorisation to use my details for a card payment. They are forcing me to go through my banks fraud dept to reclaim the money that they acknowledge they shouldn't have taken, when a simple refund would have done....
