My lovely bike was nicked, never going to be returned. Bennetts couldn't have dealt with it better. Polite, professional, paid up the full amount in the very reasonable time stated.

New bike, bit of a steep admin charge to cover the change - but no more than most from what I hear.

At renewal time, a huge rise in the premium, almost 3 times the cheapest on compare the cat, and with Bennetts, you have to positively cancel, so it feels like they're trying it on.

Overall, pleased with the service, but unless they lower the premium, I'm gonna have to go elsewhere.
