The Scout GTX is an upgraded version of the Sprog, in which Dainese have made a lot of improvements that seem to have been based on customer gripes about the Sprog, primarily with a great improvement in the cuff design that apparently used to leak badly. I can vouch for the fact that the Scout gloves are waterproof ...completely waterproof in fact, as I've ridden without leakage for an hour in a torrential downpour that anyone sane would probably have stopped and given up in.
