    OF NORGES, SPADAS, & FJ1200's

    The website forums are now often throwing up questions & opinions on the new range of bikes from Guzzi, in particular, on the Breva, 1200, & Norges. Indeed, some were from me, pending the acquisition of a Norge .

    This is my second Guzzi, having had everything from Yamaha 650 Dragstar,which was ghastly,and Raleigh Runabouts, Harley 1200 Sportsters, with and without sidecar !,Jawa 350 with and without a sidecar, ER5 Kawasaki, various Suzuki strokers,Honda CG125, and the inevitable 600 Suzuki Bandit, brilliant ...

    The good - Fun to ride, great handling, sounds great with aftermarket muffler, stellar build quality and components, no reliability problems at 10Kmi.

    The bad - Little aftermarket support, self maintenance a must, could use a little more power (8V model is out now), tough on tires.

    Old world styling, love those brakes! I've had my Guzzi Breva almost two years now, and truth be told, am quite impressed with the handling and power, but that transmission......YIKES!!
    My wife and I have both decided that a cement block in place of the stock seat would be an improvement. Horrible d ...
