Have an ongoing complaint with them, so can't go in to too much detail. Can only advise at this stage, DO NOT touch them. I will be taking them all the way. Their customer service is no existant, rude, arrogant, could not care less. By the way, the excuse I am getting is 'training issue' seems they still haven't got their act together looking at a review from last year. Where is the FSA in monitoring companies like this, they should be black listed!

I agree. I also want to take them all the way with an ongoing complaint. After letting 75% of my sofa and half of my loung carpet fester in water for 5 weeks from a leaked water tank they wont replace my items. They believe that a cleaning company has done a good enough job - what nonsense!
