I'm now 4 weeks on from my first call to them I still haven't even got as far as 'applying'. They have wasted so much of my time, they are inefficient with 'no record' of previous and lengthy calls. Various individuals there have made promises to call back and haven't. They are officious, beuracratic and treat potential customers with utter derision. They do not deserve to be in business. In fact - I cannot understand how they ARE in business at all. This is the worst example of utterly contemptous customer service that I have ever encountered - and I include SKY and BT in that so you can see just how bad they are.

Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Yep Thats Santander ,,, exactly the same if you invest money with them and then try to withdraw your funds ... just a nightmare organisation
