Appalling service and would certainly not recommend to anyone I liked!
Applied 2nd February 2014 and today after many calls finally we have the offer in our hands.
Excuses after excuses and we nearly lost our new home over this.
The main excuse was that we were 'Caught up in the new rules' these rules where brought in by them on the 16th April so why should that have affected us?
