I found them on bankrate.com and spoke with a woman who was very knowledgable and quick to respond. I mailed her everything she asked for the day after she asked for it. After the first few days she just disappeared . I tried calling other numbers for Nationwide Mortgage but no luck, not even an answering maching. I paniced and thought I was victim of some identity scam and called the FBI, whom directed me to put a fraud alert on all my credit files. I did and then after two more days of calling I finally spoke with someone who promised she would have the president call me back. He did and he is almost as bad. Been dealing with him since early August and he doesn't return calls or e-mails.....VERY frustrating!!!
I should have just gone elsewhere but they supposably have me locked in to a great rate so I am trying to stick it out!
My advice, don't waste your time.
