“Nationwide - No Idea whats going on”

Applied for Mortgage through broker was told all fine and then at the last minute held, now don't know what is going on or how long it will take to sort. All conveyancing etc sorted and if mortgage offer doesn't come through soon i will lose the house.

I have chased and chased and nobody can give me any update or tell me what is going on.

I am in ur situation, l got my mortgage agreed in principal on the 11th may, and went on holiday for 2 weeks, l was told whilst on holiday to send more statements in which l did when l returned. Its been 20 days and no mortgage offer l am chasing my advisor on a daily basis to see what the hell is happening. My house has been sold by part exchange the builder has sold it, if we dont get our offer soon we could not loose our 5% deposit barretts were helping with us but also 3% of our house value as they have sold our house! Im so peed off and the painful waiting everyday is not good :-((((( keepme posted.
