STAY AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE....GO TO A PROPER BANK

Two month's now trying to get a 20% LTV mortgage out of nationwide! Yes that's right two month's and we have a deposit of 80%, good incomes and credit history. They initially agreed the mortgage in principal but have still not approved it. This building society is a joke and the only reason we have carried on waiting for a decision is that we do not want to loose our valuation and product fees that we have already paid. Never again will I use this poor excuse for a lender.
