Donot, I repeat DONOT go for this bank!

I'm still on hold with the natwest mortage centre from past 2 hrs and frustrated I decided to finally write my heart out. Trust me DONOT go for this bank and risk your valuable time and effort. I'm going through the WORST experience of my lifetime. I haven't been through this much stress in life. This is the 3rd property I'm risking and nearly about to lose- thanks to stupid Natwest. Such a disappointing and shameful behaviour on behalf of this bank. Just ONE query took 2 months- just one simple query that had to be replied with a yes/no answer. And these past 2 months I have been calling them more than 10 times a day. The people who pick up the phone have literally no knowledge or idea and they just come up with new false things everytime you call. The system is c-rap and annoying. I'm on the verge of losing my property again just becuase of this stupid c-rappy system and c-rappy bank. I would never recommend anyone to go for this bank. NEVER EVER. Mark my words. The slowest bank ever. Hate this bank and screw them.
