We applied for our mortgage on the 9th February. The response was quick. We carried on the process. We have already found a house. We still do not have a mortgage offer on paper as Natwest claims they have sent it 4 times and in the post and we have not received anything and they have faxed it twice to our solicitors again nothing received. This has been going on since the 14th April today is the 7th of May and still waiting. We could og completed by now if it wasn't for the service of Natwest.

We are in the exact same position and time frame as you. Ours is being held up by natwest auditing themselves on our application we have provided everything they have requested only to be told they now want something different. As with you we should have completed by now but still have no mortgage offer. Have you got yours yet and what did you have to do too speed the up.

Well today 8th May the solicitors received our mortgage offer via fax finally. We have a mortgage advisor who speak to Natwest on our behalf they had asked numerous times for the mortgage offer to be sent via post and fax. She eventually had to speak to a business development manager as she was at a loss of what to do. He then sent it through this morning. Its ridiculous I am very annoyed as I am guessing you are.

The mortgage offer she received was the wrong one. Then yesterday Saturday 10th. We received 2 mortgage offers by post and they were both wrong. So wr are back to square one again.
