Excellent service from mortgage team

My partnered and I are first time buyers and we were applying for a 95% mortgage. I had read so many bad reviews online for Natwest Mortgage services that I really didn't hold out much hope of us getting a mortgage. I couldn't have had a better experience with Natwest.
We went to Natwest in Queens Road Clifton. We were asked to bring in ID documents and three months bank statements and payslips. The whole process took about two and a half hours but everything was done there and then including signing all the paperwork and the credit check.
We went away with our offer in principle on paper and within two weeks our mortgage had been officially approved and gone to the underwriters and completed.
Natwest phoned us to tell us what was happening at every step in the process and we had the offer of loan paperwork with our solicitor within two weeks of our mortgage application.
