“Withdrawn without disclose a reason 2 days before...”

Written on: 18/08/2012 by davidmak2000

I apply for a mortgage in March 2012 and everything was fine and have been accept with MIP. Natwest decided to withdrawn my mortgage 2 days before the completion date after my solictor have inform them that the completion date.

Now I in a sitution that I need to get a mortgage somewhere else and pay penalty fees and interest from the developed because Natwest have withdrawn my aplpication without giving me a reason. The only things there continue saying is "We could not disclose the reason".

I only lended 26% of the price of the property and still refused it. I also a private banking with Natwest for 15 years with a risk Level of 1 (Prefect and the highest) and this is how Natwest treated the customer.

I will avoid getting a mortgage with Natwest as they will mess you around. Now I am in a risk of losing my deposit of £40k thanks to bloody Natwest Bank.

AVOID THEM IT IS NOT WORTH IT EVEN IF THERE ARE THE CHEAPEST. THEY WILL MESS YOU AROUND AND MADE YOU LOSE EVERYTHING
