We were approved following an in depth telephone interview but after submitting the paper application and all required evidence and waiting over 3 weeks, a non sensical letter and to do list arrived. After speaking with a Line manager we received a completely different story of their requirements and learnt that the initial offer should not have been made.
We would warn you not to waste your time with this society even if they appear to have the best deal, the customer service is terrible. Other lenders are much more straight forward .
We may now have lost our dream home due to the Leeds carelessness.
