I HAVE BEEN OVER 18 MONTHS TRYING TO DO A TRANSFER OF EQUILTY,THEY HAVE ASKED FOR ALL SORTS OF INFORMATION WHISH IS ACCEPTABLE BUT THEN I SUBMITTED IT,THE CLAIM HAD RAN OUT,FAILED TO TELL ME AT THE TIME WHEN I RANG THEM,BUT IN A COMPLAINT,SUBMITTED ANOTHER CLAIM,UNDER THE NEW MORGAGE LEGISLATION FAILED TO TELL ME A NEW FORM NEEDS FILLING IN,THEY HAVE HAD MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT,SAID SIGNATURE IS NOT CLEAR! OMG! THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO CREDIT CHECKS,THEY NEVER NEVER EVER EVER RING YOU WHEN THEY SAY,I HAVE TWO PHONE CALLS IN OVER 18 MONTHS,ABSOULTELY DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY,HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT HAPPY TO HELP YOU,
