As the previous lady mentioned no communication at all unless your ring them. Then they don't give you right information at all or you cant get in touch with your mortgage adviser. I have had to raise two complaints to get the information that I have from them. I have a lovely email chain from my advisor and when I told the complaints department there delays have cost me money, sorry we are within our four week for a remortgage. If you are brave enough to go thru them and get her ring back again to get someone else. Then again don't use the Halifax if I wasn't so far down the line I would go elsewhere. I don't feel valid as a customer
