Regarding the Victoria branch at 2 Wilton Road, the Staff, and it appears managers are under skilled and don't seem to get the concept of giving 'good customer service'. As a heads up. . . Goods service is given when you either supply what a customer requests in a reasonable amount of time. Or you let them know if you cannot help them also within a reasonable amount of time. It is not when you waste more than 40 minutes of the customers time, asking for information and ID. Only to inform the customer that you lack the skill(or will) to provide a basic screen print from a customer account, and that your manager is non the wiser.
When your only solution is that the customer return on yet another occasion, with yet more ID, so that you can waste yet more of their time whilst you try to inform yourself about the functionality of your own systems, this is not Good Customer Services. . . .SORT YOURSELVES OUT!!!!!
