first time buyers with 25% deposit .and still been waiting for more than 3 months .HSBC lawyers have no responsibilty to the home buyers and cause endless delays.We feel let down .we would even walk away but have already spent 2000 pounds on the searches asked for by the hsbc lawyers with our money .just plain advice if you are looking for a smooth transaction and if you have a good deposit and good credit rating please dont choose HSBC.
