I was slightly wary of going with The Darlington, as they are only a small BS and I have never had experience with them, but I happy to say that our mortgage went through a breeze and the service was great and she was very efficient in processing the mortgage - Plus a great rate - 1.95% You cant beat it.

We were based in Sheffield on a leasehold property, but this was also fine as they use a valuation company which is nationwide (plus no cost to us for the valuation either).

If they have a good deal I will definitely re-mortgage with them after my 2 year offer period expires!
