I have been a mortgage & bank customer for a number of years. I have never missed a payment in my life. I never use these sites but I would like to contribute in some small way to this organisitaion going out of business.

On looking to move house, I decided i would like to port my mortgage (0.5% above base), clearly a great deal. rather than say no at the outset, these idiots put me throught the mill for 2 months with a view to looking for any excuse to say no as they didnt see it as profitable. We were a breath away from losing our buyers and the needless stress caused by these incompetant idiots was unreal. The end excuse for refusal was my company balance sheet was not strong enough - What? it started out with what are your earnings, not show me your limited company balance sheet.
They even stated that the accounts had not been signed. They were, and when they realised they some robotic employee told me it would be looked at in the next 72 hours (which actually means 6 days) even when they had made the mistake.

The organisation has lost its way. My mortgage broker arranged a mortgage in 3 days following this debacle.
