Applied for a mortgage in Feb, 3 months later we are still being requested for additional information having provided so much additional information already. My broker who uses Accord recently said ' Accord have clarified these are the last documents they require, but I really cannot guarantee that as I have lost my faith in them, I have told them these are the last documents that the clients are likely to provide, as it is getting ridiculous that they are requesting these documents so sporadically.'
I honestly would not recommend unless you have the patience of a saint and don't need a mortgage for a very long time .....
