We recently needed to arrange a mortgage for our son and girlfriend to purchase their first home. We arranged an appointment with Your Mortgage Decisions Ltd, however on arrival the representative advised us that they normally only advise on remortgages! But after a chat the advisor said he could see what he could do for us.
