This is the second time we use YMD. We've remortgaged the contract few weeks ago, process was very quick. We had opportunity to use same broker as two years ago. LSM is really a professional in this domain, always punctual and giving as many details as we needed. We went for a fixed rate deal for 5 years which is £40/month more than we currently pay but LSM found another issuance protection company for my husband that reduced the cost with £20/month.
We really like YMD service and hope that we can see LSM in 5 years time.
